If you are not aware of who this group is supposed to be it is supposedly a group of 400 men who meet on a regular basis to control the way that corporations are going to act. How does this affect you well the real question is how does this not affect you. Ever since corporations have been allowed into our private lives they have taken more and more. Hell they even record your emotions for mass consumption now.
Why are you finding this on a site about LA. Well I have been able to piece together a number of clues over the last decade that points to this group having a meeting in LA in the next year or so. The exact date has eluded me but I have definitely pinpointed the city. And if you are reading this then that city is probably yours, or one you intend to be in.
What is up on their agenda
1.AI rights and how they can keep areas safe for experimentation in this field.
2.Infected: Why this issue has to be resolved and what these creatures mean to the evolution of mankind.
3.Mutations: How these folks can be studied to improve the life of humans in extreme climates.
4.The Magus File. Not really sure what this is.

I have heard a great deal about the Magus file. though never any mention about the 400 or LA though. The Magus file as far as I have been about a German consortium who were performing illegal activities and experimenting on youth of certain breeding. I was never able to actually figure out why certain youth were chosen but it was definitely not random.

I have recently heard of a number of large conventions in some of the fringe areas of LA where these Mutations are hailed as the best thing to ever happen to man. I have even heard possible links to humanis groups and various religions.

Why are we assuming that these people or things are actually men. I mean they could be dragons or even stranger things these days. Hell I have even heard rumors of immortals running around that have come back since the rise of magic.
