This is a bar where runners in LA who wish to remain below the ever present radar hang out. The only problem is you really have to be in the know to get in. The bar itself moves around using other bars as a physical location. As a security measure when a bar is taking the time to reboot their systems and compile information for storage the Halfway House moves in and runs a night club for runners. Here high profile Johnsons come to pick up runners they know will be discrete. Broadcasts are strictly forbidden and heavily monitored. So far there has been no known security breech for the club.
If you area runner or a Johnson I strongly recommend you make the trip to this club.
