Brutal Gang Slaying in the Middle of the Street?

Horror struck one of the poor neighbor hoods as a man using a monofiliment whip went to town on a poor local boy. The video is gruesome as you can see the child's arm go flying off then the man reach in to the wound and rip out some vitals and then run. In our opinion this is the result of growing gang violence and the police's inability to deal with it.

Not arguing with the idea that this was in fact some horrible incident of a kind that we are seeing more and more of. But what I believe it was was some kind of mob action against a man who was in debt. They have had issues lately and now we are seeing them trying to reign in the masses.

After obtaining an exclusive interview with PCCP(Pueblo Corporate Council Police) representative officer Windfeather it seems that there is a new player on the scene in investigating the recent rash o of attacks on the streets of LA. The PCCP are saying that many of the recent crimes are a direct result of lax rules in regards to organized crime. They are vowing to pursue at great length the perpetrators and their superiors in order to clean the streets.
