Physical Description:
The place is built to mimic a jail house from the late 1960's and just because of the high rate of gang turn over in LA has even got a similar layout to the Prison for gangers in California free state. However the place has become most well known for its spectacular if not disheartening view over the wastelands of El Inferno over which you can see the bright neon sign of Haven.

Matrix Description:
There is not a great matrix presence to speak of here however there are a few places with a developed AR that allow for interaction between meats and digis

Astral Description:
The place itself sits in a weird astral phenomenon that appears every once in a while. Many people say that on certain nights an unnatural feeling of hopelessness hovers over the place and strange things come through the lower levels which are supposed to be sealed off.

I have heard about this joint I also hear that it is becoming one of the prime places for gangs to hire out extra help when they need it. Also a few others are supposed to work out of it. Possibly even the Butcher of West Covina.

Not that I am one to spread Rumours but this man has got some real sick and twisted things going on upstairs. If you run into him let me know.
